Maxentra Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Orders leave the warehouse within a few working days. You get a receipt at once and a tracking link when the courier picks up.
Delivery inside the US
Usually about a week. Three bottles or more ship free; the two-bottle pack carries a $9.99 fee.
Delivery abroad
Allow two to three weeks where available. Import duties, where your country levies them, are payable on delivery.
Stuck parcels
If tracking sits still for a week, write to support@maxentrra.com and we will chase it.
Wrong address
Let us know as soon as possible and we can normally correct it before it ships.
On arrival
Check the seal; store with the cap closed in a cool, dry place.
